Job Description As a Security Officer Front Desk Associate in Shippingport, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $15.42 / Hour Job Schedule:DayTimeMon12:00 AM - 08:00 AMTue04:00 PM - 12:00 AMWed04:00 PM - 12:00 AMSat08:00 AM - 04:00 PMSun12:00 AM - 08:00 AM What You'll Do:Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and/or emergency response actions appropriate to the location.Monitor the front desk area, greet visitors, verify identification and/or credentials, and direct guests, vendors, and employees in accordance with site protocols.Answer phones, manage visitor logs and sign-in records, and communicate clearly with site contacts regarding arrivals, deliveries, and other front desk activity.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.Help to deter unauthorized access by maintaining awareness of entry points, monitoring front lobby activity, and following established reporting and escalation procedures.
