How you create impact

• Manage end-to-end Aerospace shipments, ensuring accurate and timely execution in line with customer transit time requirements.
• Monitor shipments proactively, manage deviations, and provide timely updates to ensure visibility across KN systems.
• Coordinate closely with Customer Care, Carriers, Gateways, Warehouses, Customs, Billing, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless operational execution.
• Handle AOG, Engine, and other specialized Aerospace shipments, including spot quotations, customer coordination, and end-to-end shipment processing.
• Resolve operational issues promptly, escalating discrepancies and risks where appropriate to maintain service excellence.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements and maximizing system utilization.
• Ensure compliance with air transport regulations, industry standards, and KN operational guidelines.
• Contribute to cost optimization while maintaining high levels of operational quality and customer satisfaction.
• Support customer implementations by working closely with Development and Customer Care teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to operations.
• Deliver exceptional service in a 24/7 operational environment, making timely and accurate decisions to support mission-critical shipments.

What we would like you to bring

• Experience in Airfreight Operations, preferably within AOG/Aerospace logistics.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end airfreight shipments, including documentation, carrier bookings, shipment monitoring, and exception handling.
• Strong operational knowledge with the ability to work independently in a high-pressure, time-critical environment.
• Experience handling spot quotations, customer coordination, and operational problem-solving.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal and external partners.
• A high level of attention to detail, with excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a "can-do" attitude.
• Knowledge of air transport regulations, industry guidelines, and compliance requirements.
• Flexibility to work on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to make quick, accurate decisions while maintaining service quality and meeting customer expectations in a premium logistics environment.
