Accountabilities

    • Analyze business data to generate insights that improve customer success, retention, revenue growth, and overall business performance.
    • Partner with Education and Post-Sales stakeholders to understand business challenges, define analytical needs, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
    • Develop and maintain scalable data models, pipelines, and reporting infrastructure using SQL and data transformation tools such as dbt.
    • Build, automate, and manage dashboards and reports using business intelligence platforms such as Sigma and Tableau to monitor key performance indicators.
    • Own weekly business review reporting processes by ensuring source files, data pipelines, and metrics are accurate, reliable, and aligned with business objectives.
    • Create data solutions that serve as trusted sources of information for leadership teams and operational stakeholders.
    • Identify trends, opportunities, and risks through data analysis and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Use AI tools to improve analytical workflows, automate repetitive processes, accelerate insights, and develop reusable solutions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve reporting capabilities and data-driven decision-making.
    • Requirements

      • 2–4 years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related technical field.
      • Experience supporting customer success, post-sales, subscription, ecommerce, product, or retention analytics is highly desirable.
      • Advanced SQL skills with experience writing complex queries, manipulating data, and building analytical solutions.
      • Hands-on experience creating and maintaining data models and transformation workflows using tools such as dbt.
      • Proven experience developing dashboards, reports, and visualization solutions using BI platforms such as Sigma or Tableau.
      • Strong understanding of data pipelines, reporting frameworks, and creating reliable sources of business intelligence.
      • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
      • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
      • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, automate workflows, and improve analytical processes.
      • Experience with Salesforce is considered an advantage.
      • Availability to work during standard U.S. business hours (any 8-hour shift between 9 AM EST and 8 PM EST).
