- Create and manage purchase requests for components, tools, and test equipment materials
- Track orders from request to delivery and ensure timely availability
- Follow up on delays, discrepancies, and missing items
- Work closely with Test Development Engineers to understand priorities
- Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Receiving teams, and external vendors to ensure efficient and smooth order processing
- Communicate order status updates clearly and proactively
- Support the day-to-day operation of engineering labs
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and organization of materials and components
- Assist with incoming shipments: receiving, verification, and distribution
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized lab environment
- Track and manage lab-related assets and consumables
- Identify inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements
- Collaborate with local and global ESA teams to share best practices

For This Role, You Will Need:
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, logistics, business, or similar)
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to collaborate across multiple departments

- Experience in administrative, logistics, procurement, or technical support roles
- Experience in a laboratory or engineering environment
- Familiarity with procurement or supply chain processes
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Exposure to working in a global or cross-site team
