Accountabilities:

    Own and maintain CRM operations using HubSpot, ensuring data integrity, workflow accuracy, and reliable automation across marketing and sales systems.

    • Manage day-to-day CRM configuration, including workflows, lead routing, segmentation, and campaign attribution.
    • Clean, structure, and maintain high-quality data across databases and integrations to support accurate reporting and decision-making.
    • Build and deliver dashboards and performance reports to track campaign effectiveness and pipeline health.
    • Support marketing campaigns including paid media initiatives, product launches, webinars, and events.
    • Assist sales teams with enablement materials, presentations, and pipeline insights derived from CRM data.
    • Experiment with new marketing tools and AI-driven workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to support content creation, demand generation, and go-to-market execution.
    • Requirements:

      This role requires a detail-oriented and curious professional with early experience in marketing operations or business analytics, capable of managing systems and supporting growth initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

      • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales operations, or business operations roles.
      • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot in an operational or analytical capacity.
      • Strong communication skills, both written and interpersonal, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
      • High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and reliability in managing systems and data.
      • Comfort working across multiple priorities and adapting quickly in a dynamic environment.
      • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools, CRM ecosystems, or digital advertising platforms is a plus.
      • Interest in AI tools and willingness to integrate them into daily workflows to improve efficiency.
      • Experience in B2B or healthcare environments is a plus but not required.
