Accountabilities

    • Manage, configure, and optimize Salesforce platform with a strong focus on CPQ, ensuring system reliability, performance, and scalability across business units.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into system configurations, and support continuous process improvement.
    • Maintain and enhance Salesforce components including objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, flows, approval processes, and managed packages.
    • Support CPQ configuration, pricing models, quoting processes, and sales lifecycle automation from lead to booking.
    • Manage integrations with external tools and platforms, ensuring data consistency across the broader ecosystem.
    • Develop and maintain reporting and dashboards, supporting both standard and ad-hoc business analytics needs.
    • Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and support release management and change control processes.
    • Requirements

      • 7+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and/or development within SaaS or technology-driven environments.
      • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and strong understanding of the Lead-to-Order / Lead-to-Cash lifecycle.
      • Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce capabilities including Apex, SOQL, JavaScript, HTML, and Lightning components.
      • Experience working with system integrations and familiarity with enterprise tools and data flows.
      • Salesforce Administrator certification required; Advanced Admin or Platform Developer I certification preferred.
      • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail and ownership mindset.
      • Excellent communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
      • Experience working in agile environments using tools such as Jira is a plus.
