Accountabilities:
- Define and execute sales strategies to increase market share, expand customer adoption, and achieve profitable revenue growth across the assigned region.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, competitive opportunities, and high-potential market segments.
- Develop targeted business plans and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
- Drive customer acquisition initiatives and strengthen relationships with key accounts, distributors, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement competitive product positioning and pricing strategies aligned with market requirements and business objectives.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and marketing roles within multinational organizations.
- Proven leadership experience in medical devices, dental technology, imaging solutions, healthcare technology, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of market development, customer acquisition, distributor management, and regional sales operations.
- Experience driving revenue growth, improving market share, and managing commercial strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in fields such as Dental Surgery (BDS), Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Engineering, Science, or a related discipline; postgraduate management qualification preferred.
- Knowledge of dental imaging markets and experience with aftermarket sales is highly desirable.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong capabilities in stakeholder management, negotiation, and customer relationship development.
