MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform administrative process
- Supervises and monitors work of a group of Administrative Assistants. Applies knowledge to provide guidance to perform most complex administrative processes as well as business/functional processes. Activities include:
•    Reviews workloads and organizational changes to optimize staff development and deployment.
•    Ensures work achieves target performance and is in compliance with statutory requirements.
•    Provides business and/or functional expertise to enable the organization to operate effectively.
Receive, reply and response to internal/external customer inquiries and request
- Oversee and provides event request processes and procedures to Most Complex administrative requests.
Create and edit documents and correspondence
- Establishes and implements team protocols and procedures for documentation and correspondence guidelines.
Maintain document/data management system
- Establishes team processes and procedures for hard copy and electronic document management (Filing, Archiving & Destruction)
Others
- Well update of product knowledge, as well as health care scientific backgrounds
- Manage Company, department reports in a timely and correct manner
- Ensure activities to comply with Company Business Code of Conduct and all local applicable laws within scope of function responsibility
- Carry special work as assigned by Management

MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Education Background

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related fields

Work Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in sales administration or support, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare companies

Professional Skill

• Working experience in healthcare/wellness industry

• Good communication skill, independent

• Good in working arrangement, teamwork

• Honest, careful, patient, highly responsible
