Accountabilities:
- Support the development and validation of SAP integrations with fiscal cloud platforms, ensuring expected results in tax calculations and state, federal, and municipal compliance processes.
- Perform functional testing of fiscal solutions, identifying issues, analyzing impacts, and contributing to continuous improvements.
- Provide product support by understanding user needs, troubleshooting challenges, and identifying opportunities to optimize processes and functionalities.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure proper system integration and compatibility with other cloud applications.
- Monitor system performance and availability, proactively identifying and resolving incidents to minimize impacts on production environments.
- Assist in preparing technical documentation, including user manuals, configuration guides, and process documentation to support solution adoption and maintenance.
- Participate in customer projects when required, including occasional visits during implementation phases.
- Bachelor’s degree completed in Accounting, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with SAP tables and fiscal solutions.
- Experience as a Fiscal Consultant, including participation in fiscal implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of SAP fiscal tables such as J_1BNFDOC, J_1BNFLIN, J_1BNFNAD, among others.
- Knowledge of Brazilian tax obligations at state, federal, and municipal levels, including their related workflows.
- Experience with market software solutions focused on fiscal compliance and tax processes.
- Availability for occasional client visits during project phases.
- Strong communication skills, adaptability, and willingness to learn about fiscal cloud functionalities.
- Experience with integrations and Agile methodologies is considered a plus.
- English and/or Spanish proficiency is a differentiator.
