We power decision-making for Venture Capital firms, Private Equity, Investment Banks, and Corporates with deep data and insights.About the RoleAs a Senior Product Specialist at Tracxn, you will lead client onboarding and integration for our API products, ensuring a seamless technical and business experience. You will act as a bridge between customers, product, and engineering teams—owning API integration strategy, guiding clients through setup and implementation, and driving post-integration success.This is a client-facing, strategic role that combines technical expertise, communication excellence, and leadership. You’ll also mentor junior specialists and play a key part in shaping our API product processes and standards.‍Key ResponsibilitiesAPI Expertise & Product Enablement:Develop a deep understanding of Tracxn’s API offerings, architecture, and data flow.Partner with the product and engineering teams to evaluate client requirements and shape technical solutions.Recommend enhancements to improve API usability and client adoption.Client Engagement & Technical Leadership:Lead technical discussions with client stakeholders to define integration requirements and architecture.Own the sales pipeline for API clients—supporting pre-sales efforts and crafting technical proposals.Manage end-to-end client onboarding, from sandbox testing to production rollout.Coordinate with engineering teams to deliver production-ready solutions tailored to client needs.Post-Integration Support & Growth:Serve as the key point of contact for clients post-integration, ensuring smooth API operations.Troubleshoot technical issues and guide clients on optimizing performance and scaling usage.Identify upsell opportunities based on client engagement and evolving use cases.Leadership & Process Excellence:Mentor junior specialists, providing guidance on integration standards and client management.Drive improvements in onboarding documentation, tools, and best practices.Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance overall API adoption and customer satisfaction.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science or related field preferred).5–8 years of experience in API integration, product consulting, or technical solutioning.Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, data transformation, and integration workflows.Proven experience managing client relationships and cross-functional projects.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Demonstrated ability to mentor or lead junior team members.What You Can Expect at TracxnFixed work timings - 9 hrs × 5 days.
