If this sounds like you, keep reading!We are looking for a mid-senior technical Customer Experience Program Manager (CxPM) with a balance of technical and business expertise, who also demonstrates leadership and the capability to drive progress in large-scale, multi-disciplined programs. You should have industry and customer knowledge, the ability to influence others to achieve results, and have the presence to lead complex and time-sensitive initiatives.In this role, you will partner closely with key stakeholders to understand industry- and customer-identified demand, triage and drive programs focused on delivering specialized datacenter solutions in support of government customers. These programs may support the leading edge of innovation and will include partnering with stakeholders to clarify business and technical requirements needed to drive pilots and other experiments that shape ongoing strategy in delivering new capabilities to our customers.
