The Role

Join our dynamic Partner team and help shape how Lucanet's global partner ecosystem sells, delivers, and grows with our CFO Solution Platform. As a Partner Success Manager, you'll be the trusted go-to for a portfolio of English-speaking partners — guiding them from onboarding through certification, and standing by them when it counts most: at escalation.

What you'll do

  • Own the relationship for your partner portfolio, building trust with executive stakeholders and identifying opportunities to grow their Lucanet business.
  • Onboard new partners and drive them through certification across our full product suite (CFP, DM, TAX, XBRL, LA, BCM, ESG, xP&A).
  • Guide partners through customer implementations — from the mandatory joint first project to full independent delivery.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for partner-related issues, coordinating across Technical Services, Support, Cloud, and Professional Services to protect both the partner relationship and Lucanet's interests.
  • Track enablement, certification, NPS, and escalation trends — turning data into action and reporting key insights to leadership.
  • Be the voice of your partners internally, feeding feedback into product, engineering, and commercial teams.
  • Help evolve our Partner Certification programmes and roll out new modules, including the tax training redesign.
  • Use tools like the Partner Portal, LMS, and Planhat to keep partner operations sharp and efficient.

What you bring to the table

  • A degree in Business Administration or related field, plus experience in partner success, customer success, or channel management — ideally in SaaS.
  • A steady hand with escalations: you stay composed and confident across complex, multi-stakeholder situations.
  • Strong relationship-building instincts that travel well across markets and cultures.
  • Excellent organisational skills to juggle a broad, varied partner portfolio.
  • Fluent English — this is your working language. Willingness to travel for partner meetings and events.

Nice to have

  • Experience alongside a partner or channel sales team in SaaS.
  • Familiarity with financial performance management, consolidation, or CFO solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Planhat, Salesforce, or similar CRM/CS and LMS tools.
  • Spanish language skills.
