Join us and be part of a global team that’s passionate about driving innovation and making a difference. **Your role and responsibilities** As a Delivery Project Manager specializing in Technology Expert Labs services for IBM's Z Portfolio, you will provide world-class infrastructure services solutions for clients with IBM Z, LinuxONE, and associated software. You will work with clients to deliver solutions that meet their needs and expectations. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Deliver Infrastructure Solutions: Provide world-class infrastructure services solutions for clients with IBM Z, LinuxONE, and associated software, including z/OS, Linux, and GDPS. • Manage Client Relationships: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations. • Implement Solution Delivery: Apply methodology to deliver solutions that meet client needs and expectations. • Support Client-Facing Activities: Support client-facing activities, including solution delivery and implementation. • Execute Project Plans: Execute project plans to deliver solutions on time and within budget. **Required technical and professional expertise** • Exposure to IBM Z Infrastructure: Familiarity with IBM Z, LinuxONE, and associated software, including z/OS, Linux, and GDPS. • Understanding of Solution Delivery Methodology: Knowledge of methodologies used to deliver infrastructure services solutions that meet client needs and expectations. • Experience Working with Client Relationships: Exposure to collaborating with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations. • Familiarity with Project Plan Execution: Understanding of executing project plans to deliver solutions on time and within budget. • Exposure to Client-Facing Activities: Familiarity with supporting client-facing activities, including solution delivery and implementation. **Preferred technical and professional experience** • IBM Z Software Knowledge: Exposure to z/OS, Linux, and GDPS is beneficial for delivering infrastructure services solutions. • Additional Methodology Experience: Familiarity with multiple solution delivery methodologies can enhance the ability to deliver solutions that meet client needs and expectations. • LinuxONE Infrastructure Understanding: Knowledge of LinuxONE infrastructure can be advantageous in providing world-class infrastructure services solutions for clients.
