Job Description

Role and Key Responsibilities:

   

• Project Management - Supervise the installation and maintenance of electrical systems and projects
• Safety and Compliance - Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations.
• Innovation - Explore new technologies and methods for electrical systems and providing energy saving
• Communication and Collaboration - Communicate with clients, colleagues, and contractors to ensure departments success
• Documentation - Prepare technical documentation and reports for project progress and maintenance
• Support event management related activities in terms of engineering support · Coordinate with Property Management team on technical matters to ensure smooth operations in client facility.
• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the facility while ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Supervise and manage facility staff, including maintenance workers, custodial staff, and security personnel.
• Ensure all EHS/EMS regulations and procedures are in place and followed at all times.
• Maintain and update records for equipment, systems, and supplies used in the facility.
• Manage inventory and order necessary supplies and equipment.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for facility operations.
• Facilitate communication between departments and ensure a cohesive work environment.
• Collaborate with other facility managers to develop and implement best practices for facility management.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility and report any issues or necessary repairs.
• Assist in the development and management of the facility budget.

• Understanding of safety standards and regulations

Educational Qualification : Diploma in Hotel Management /Electrical Engineering with 3-5 years of experience in ITES or similar organization
