Lead Software Engineer- Pega/AI/CDH (Remote)

Role responsibilities

Design and deliver enterprise-grade applications using the Pega Platform while serving as the technical lead for complex implementations. Collaborate with stakeholders to establish technical standards and mentor development teams.

Requirements

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of experience in software application development, or a high school diploma with 10 years of experience. Preferred qualifications include Pega Lead System Architect certification and extensive hands-on experience with Pega and AI technologies.
