About the Role:
As a Purchasing & Procurement Manager, you will independently execute specialized procurement tasks while supporting team projects to ensure high-quality outcomes. This mid-level role focuses on executing substantial procurement activities and contributing to strategic procurement initiatives.

Responsibilities:
• Independently manage high-value purchase orders and requisitions.
• Oversee inventory management and develop strategic procurement plans.
• Lead supplier negotiation and contract finalization processes.
• Interface with senior management to align procurement with organizational goals.
• Address and resolve complex procurement and supply chain issues.
• Ensure accurate procurement documentation and compliance with policies.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize costs and supplier quality.
• Evaluate and enhance supplier relations and performance.
• Develop and present procurement performance reports to stakeholders.
• Support and mentor junior team members in procurement best practices.
