Role responsibilities
The Business Development Director will focus on driving growth in clinical operations services by securing new clients and expanding services with existing clients. Responsibilities include managing the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing complex deals.
Requirements
Candidates must have 10+ years of sales or business development experience, with at least 6 years in global full-service CROs. A bachelor's degree in Life Science, Biotechnology, or Business Administration is required, and an MBA is a plus.
