Accountabilities:
- Support the administration and maintenance of global compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accurate and consistent Total Rewards operations.
- Manage compensation platforms, HR systems, and related tools while maintaining data integrity, accessibility, and reliability for regional teams.
- Support Workday data management activities, including updates, validation, reporting, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate and streamline compensation survey submissions, salary budget planning activities, and benefits-related data collection across regions.
- Prepare compensation planning data by analyzing market trends, inflation factors, internal compensation information, and business requirements.
- Create, maintain, and audit job profiles to ensure role consistency, accurate descriptions, standardized titles, and compliance with organizational guidelines.
- Support annual incentive plan processes by consolidating data, generating reports, preparing employee communications, and ensuring information accuracy.
- Provide analytics support for compensation and benefits dashboards, including HR reporting tools and data visualization platforms.
- Conduct pay equity analysis, prepare reports, and support recommendations for compensation adjustments when required.
- Create and distribute Total Rewards communications, including compensation letters, incentive plan documentation, and benefits-related materials.
- Identify opportunities to improve Total Rewards processes through automation, artificial intelligence solutions, and operational enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and increase efficiency across global reward operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, HR operations, compensation, benefits, or a related Total Rewards function.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms such as Workday and compensation management tools is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data auditing, reporting, data validation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, technologies, and operational processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience handling confidential employee and compensation data with professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to work collaboratively across HR, business, and operational teams.
- Familiarity with pay equity analysis, automation, or AI-enabled HR solutions is considered an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying improvements and optimizing processes.
