Hotel Assistant Manager - Full Time (Tropicana Atlantic City)

• Monitors and directs all parking traffic and activity via direct reports.
• Schedules staff to ensure quality guest service while maintaining  proper labor controls.
• Assures compliance with New Jersey casino regulations and other required regulations
• May perform other duties as assigned

 

Starting Rate $60,000.00

 

 

• Schedules staff to ensure quality guest service while maintaining  proper labor controls,
• Assures smooth and safe vehicle movement in all drive-thru’s, lots and garages.
• Consistently demonstrates superior customer service skills and acts as a positive role model for all employees
• Continuously improves service by evaluating service breakdowns using guest feedback, data and behavior. 
• Clearly communicates and enforces company policies and procedures and, department goals. 
• Addresses employee performance issues, coaches for improvement and provides ongoing feedback. 
• Ensures direct reports carry out Family Style Service at all times
• Assists with preparation of annual budget and meets or exceeds yearly operational budget plan.
• Provides supervision and oversight of Valet Operations, Self Park and Front Office teams.
• Assists with recruiting, hiring and training of staff, establishes realistic and measurable service standards and holds employees accountable for meeting standards.

• 3-4 years prior Supervisory or Management experience in Casino Hotel Environment.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Casino Employee Registration
• Driver’s License
• Must have exceptional verbal and written communications skills
• Must possess computer skills including Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with LMS
