The position will be part of Global Shared Services team in Pune. Finance Operations Analyst will primarily be responsible for recording the accounting transactions for General Ledger, Capitalization of software, preparing account reconciliations, supporting internal and external audit as per company policies. In this role you will...Manage monthly close processes and prepare monthly account reconciliations to ensure timely and accurate closing of the books for internal and external reporting Support the finance team in the preparation of financial statements, data analysis, approval validation, and reconciliations.Prepare journal entries and analysis in specific areas which may include major areas of the balance sheet.Accountable for end-to-end accounting work, including General Ledger, Capitalization of software, accrued expenses, Inter Company, Debt, Closing and Reporting.Assist with the global consolidation of the company’s subsidiaries and preparation of consolidated financial statementsCommunicating with departments leads to identifying potential accrualsDocument and improve current accounting processes and policiesIdentify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, streamline workflows and controls, and continually identify opportunities for automationRespond to both internal and external audit queries to ensure complete, timely and accurate responses to information requestsFoster an environment of high-quality work, team collaboration and continuous improvementConsideration of privacy and security obligationYou Have What It Takes If You Have...Bachelor’s degree in accounting, C.A./CMA/ACCAShould have 1-4 years of experience in Record to Report/General LedgerExperience in collaborating with remote colleagues and employees globallyHigh attention to detail and accuracyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong Microsoft Excel skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environmentKnowledge of NetSuite is considered an assetReady to work in EMEA ShiftsDemonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment. #LI-Onsite  Our Culture:Spark Greatness.
