Accountabilities:
- Prepare and manage end-to-end conference workflows, including target lists, outreach coordination, scheduling, briefing materials, and follow-up tracking
- Build and maintain databases of investors, partners, lenders, gaming companies, and other key ecosystem participants
- Conduct market, company, and transaction research across gaming, fintech, credit, and private markets
- Develop and update presentations, internal memos, financial models, and investment tracking tools
- Support deal pipeline management, including scoring frameworks, prioritization, and reporting
- Assist in building financial models, fund analytics, and performance dashboards
- Coordinate internal workflows, ensuring deadlines, tasks, documentation, and reporting remain structured and transparent
- Support senior team members by transforming unstructured inputs into clear, actionable deliverables
- 2–6 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, corporate development, startups, or analytical/business operations roles
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, research, and written communication
- Ability to structure ambiguous tasks into clear deliverables, plans, and execution steps
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on producing high-quality, reusable outputs
- Strong research skills across companies, investors, markets, and transactions
- High sense of ownership with the ability to manage follow-ups and drive work to completion
- Strong organizational and coordination skills in managing multiple concurrent workflows
- Interest in gaming, private markets, fintech, or venture ecosystems is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders
