As a Kitchen and Laundry Technician, you’re not just maintaining the hotel’s physical safety and functionality – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Carryout all maintenance work as per PPM jobs cards.
Maintains level of main gas tanks and routine inspections.
Able to install new equipment when necessary.
Maintains all Kitchen, Refrigeration and Laundry equipment to ensure maximum efficiency.
Maintains walk-in freezer temperature records as per Municipality requirement
Keeps Kitchen mechanical rooms clean and in good order.
To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned and should be multi-tasking.
To respond to changes in the (enter function) function as dictated by the industry, company or the Hotel.
