Circle K Business Centre is looking for someone who is passionate about people and would like to join our team as:
Swedish Speaking Customer Consultant
Type of Employment: Permanent
Location: Riga, Latvia
Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Take care of our customers via phone and email.
Be responsible for card support and account administration.
Manage new orders and registrations.
Advise our customers regarding station campaigns and products.
Provide outbound service and follow-up calls to customers.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Passion for communicating with people and finding the best solutions for them.
Ability to communicate in Swedish and English (both verbal and written, preferably B2/C1 level) to communicate with Swedish customers and colleagues.
Enjoyment of working in a fast-paced environment and with various systems.
Eagerness to learn new things and develop your skills.
Previous experience in customer service will be considered an advantage.
