Accountabilities:

    • Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, and Local Services Ads, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
    • Monitor campaign performance daily, optimizing for ROAS, conversions, lead generation, and overall cost efficiency.
    • Conduct continuous A/B testing of creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and budgets to improve campaign effectiveness.
    • Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable optimization strategies and client recommendations.
    • Generate detailed performance reports and communicate results clearly to internal teams and clients.
    • Learn and implement proprietary systems and campaign frameworks specific to client requirements and workflows.
    • Requirements:

      • 6+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns, particularly within Google Ads and performance marketing environments.
      • Strong expertise in Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Meta Ads, and related digital advertising tools.
      • Proven track record of optimizing campaigns for ROAS, conversions, and lead generation in competitive environments.
      • Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment, ideally with exposure to US-based clients.
      • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions.
      • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with comfort in client-facing interactions via video calls.
      • Experience in healthcare or medical marketing is a strong plus.
      • Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems, processes, and proprietary methodologies.
