What you will do:

P&L Ownership

  • Own full regional P&L, including revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and EBIT, with accountability for delivering against aggressive growth and profitability targets
  • Set and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and take decisive action to address variances
  • Drive margin expansion through pricing discipline, cost management, and operational efficiency
  • Ensure financial transparency and accountability at the branch level

Commercial Leadership & Growth

  • Co-own regional growth strategy in partnership with Sales leadership
  • Drive organic revenue growth through pricing execution, customer expansion, and local market strategies
  • Strengthen alignment between Sales and Operations to improve conversion, service levels, and customer retention
  • Engage directly with key customers and support strategic negotiations as needed

Operational Leadership & Scale

  • Lead and develop Branch Managers to deliver consistent, high-performance execution across all locations
  • Drive standardization of processes, systems, and performance expectations to enable scalable growth
  • Establish and rigorously manage KPIs across safety, productivity, inventory accuracy, working capital, and customer satisfaction
  • Champion a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement

Strategic Execution & Transformation

  • Lead execution of enterprise initiatives including pricing strategy, systems adoption, and process transformation
  • Drive adoption of new tools, technologies, and operating models across the region
  • Ensure consistent rollout and sustainment of operational standards and best practices
  • Measure impact of initiatives and provide clear, data-driven feedback to senior leadership
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption across all branches

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR to align regional execution with enterprise priorities
  • Act as the voice of the region, bringing market insights and operational feedback into strategic decisions
  • Lead integrated planning across functions to optimize inventory, logistics, and resource allocation
  • Build strong alignment and accountability across a matrixed organization

Talent & Culture

  • Attract, develop, and retain high-performing operational and commercial leaders
  • Build a high-performance culture with clear expectations, accountability, and measurable outcomes
  • Provide hands-on coaching and leadership development for Branch Managers and emerging leaders
  • Drive succession planning and strengthen the leadership bench across the region

What you will bring:

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in a multi-site, high-volume environment (e.g., distribution, logistics, manufacturing, building products, or industrial services)
  • Proven success owning a regional P&L and driving both growth and profitability
  • Experience leading large, distributed teams across multiple locations (10+ sites preferred)
  • Strong operational foundation combined with a commercial mindset and experience driving revenue growth
  • 5+ years in a leadership role, overseeing remote/decentralized team members
  • Demonstrated success operating in complex, matrixed organizations
  • Experience in high-growth, transformation, or PE-backed environments preferred
  • Strong financial and analytical acumen with the ability to translate data into action
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred

Pay Range

USD $190,000.00 - USD $260,000.00 /Yr.
