Senior Cloud Migration Project Manager

Our culture of growth and empathy focuses on your long-term career development while valuing your unique skills and experiences. **Your role and responsibilities** As a Project Manager: Cloud Migration, you will lead a project team to deliver a solution to the client as per the terms and conditions outlined in the SOW/contract. You will be responsible for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Manage Project Scope and Deliverables: Lead the project team to deliver the solution as per the SOW/contract, ensuring that all scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables are met. • Apply Project Management Techniques: Utilize project management techniques and approaches like Garage Method for Cloud, Design Thinking, Agile Delivery Model, and Continuous Modernization to drive project success. • Lead Modernization Delivery Team: Interface with the Client PM and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of the modernization project. • Ensure Cloud Platform Delivery: Deliver projects on at least one of the cloud platforms, including IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, RedHat OpenShift, or Google. • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that the solution meets their expectations. **Required technical and professional expertise** • Cloud Migration Project Management: Experience with managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables for cloud migration projects, ensuring successful delivery as per SOW/contract. • Modernization Techniques and Approaches: Experience in applying project management techniques and approaches like Garage Method for Cloud, Design Thinking, Agile Delivery Model, and Continuous Modernization. • Application Component Understanding: Very good understanding of application components such as System of Engagement (SOE), System of Insight (SOI), System of Integration (SOI), and System of Records (SOR). • Cloud Platform Experience: Experience in delivering projects on at least one of the cloud platforms, including IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, RedHat OpenShift, or Google. • Technical Modernization Skills: Experience in continuous modernization, co-existence architecture, refactor, containerization, APIs, Microservices creation, language conversion, and Database conversion. **Preferred technical and professional experience** • Co-Existence Architecture Knowledge: Experience with co-existence architecture, enabling seamless integration of legacy systems with modernized applications. • Refactor and Containerization: Experience in refactoring and containerization, leveraging technologies to improve application efficiency and scalability. • Microservices Creation: Experience in creating microservices, designing and implementing scalable, modular, and maintainable architectures.
