We put in long hours at high intensity to push the frontier forward.Role ScopeOwn automation systems across the factory: robot cells, conveyance, and the controls tying them into one line.Set the automation architecture, PLCs, safety systems, and integration standards, before the equipment is bought.Lead integrator selection and hold them to acceptance criteria you write.Commission cells to rate and keep them there: OEE owned at the system level.What We're Looking ForThe below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would.You've led automation for a manufacturing line from concept through rate production.You've specified and accepted integrator-built cells, and rejected the ones that didn't meet spec.You're hands-on with PLCs, HMIs, and industrial networks when it matters.You design safety in from the start: risk assessments, guarding, and functional safety.You debug at 2am when the launch needs it and fix the root cause after.Bonus: Rockwell or Siemens platforms.
