Accountabilities:
- Develop, curate, and maintain high-quality proposal content for RFIs, RFPs, and oral presentations focused on Oracle Cloud solutions
- Ensure all written content, diagrams, and supporting materials are accurate, consistent, and aligned with client and opportunity requirements
- Collaborate with capture managers and solution teams to refine proposal strategies and tailor content for specific bids
- Work closely with delivery and technical teams to define and document new Oracle Cloud services and solution offerings
- Maintain strict adherence to proposal development processes, review cycles, and internal quality checkpoints
- Organize and manage all proposal content within Microsoft Teams to ensure accessibility and version control
- Continuously improve proposal assets, templates, and reusable content libraries for efficiency and quality
- 5+ years of experience in proposal writing, technical writing, content management, or technical sales enablement roles
- Mandatory experience in technical writing for Oracle Cloud solutions
- Strong background in SaaS proposal writing or hands-on experience with SaaS implementation environments
- Experience developing proposals for public sector clients such as State, Local Government, Higher Education, or Federal organizations is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field with strong writing focus
- Strong understanding of SaaS, ERP, and HCM systems, especially within Oracle Cloud environments
- Excellent written English skills with strong proofreading, editing, and storytelling abilities for technical content
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Adobe Acrobat
- Familiarity with proposal automation tools, AI-assisted writing tools, and content management systems
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical stakeholders
