Accountabilities:

    In this role, you will drive end-to-end recruitment for highly specialized technical and hardware positions while acting as a strategic partner to hiring teams.

    • Lead full-cycle recruitment for hardware and technical roles, from sourcing and outreach to offer negotiation and close.
    • Use advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn research, and creative outbound strategies to identify passive candidates.
    • Build and maintain strong pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill technical roles across engineering and hardware disciplines.
    • Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to define role requirements, calibrate talent profiles, and refine hiring strategies.
    • Provide market insights and guidance on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive positioning.
    • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, maintaining strong communication and engagement.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate brings deep experience in technical recruiting, particularly within hardware or highly specialized engineering environments, along with strong stakeholder management skills.

      • 4+ years of experience in technical and hardware recruitment in fast-paced environments, including niche and hard-to-fill roles.
      • Ideally 1+ year of in-house recruitment experience within a product or technology organization.
      • Strong sourcing expertise, including advanced Boolean search and passive candidate engagement strategies.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence both candidates and senior stakeholders.
      • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple pipelines and priorities simultaneously.
      • A consultative mindset with the ability to operate independently and deliver high-quality outcomes under pressure.
