WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As a Supervisory Contract Specialist (Division Director), you will be responsible for executing complex, high-volume acquisitions and advising customers to deliver mission-focused, enterprise outcomes use your knowledge and experience to optimize business results and customer experience by: Providing leadership and oversight of multiple acquisition teams executing complex pre-award and post-award activities across a customer portfolio. Serving as a key operational leader responsible for workload management, prioritization, and delivery of acquisition outcomes across assigned divisions and branches. Acting as a Gatekeeper for intake and execution, ensuring alignment of requirements with OMAS mission, enterprise priorities, and acquisition strategies. Overseeing quality and consistency of acquisition execution, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies. Serving as a senior advisor to customers, maintaining ownership of customer relationships and ensuring delivery of acquisition solutions that meet mission needs. Operationalizing organizational strategies into executable acquisition plans, aligning team resources and priorities to meet performance expectations. Leading and developing a high-performing workforce, including mentoring, coaching, and performance management of subordinate supervisors and staff. Identifying operational challenges and implements process improvements to enhance acquisition delivery and organizational effectiveness.
