Accountabilities:
- Install and deploy 12-volt technology solutions and related hardware in fleet vehicles.
- Complete installations according to technical specifications, safety standards, and customer requirements.
- Participate in training sessions to understand hardware, software, and installation procedures.
- Troubleshoot technical issues using diagnostic tools, including multimeters, to identify and resolve problems.
- Perform wiring, equipment setup, and related technical tasks using personal tools such as wrenches, sockets, wire cutters/strippers, portable soldering irons, and drills.
- Provide professional customer-facing support throughout installation activities.
- Maintain accurate work quality while meeting project timelines and operational expectations.
- Adapt to varying work environments and travel requirements while supporting deployment activities.
- Experience with automotive, electrical, fleet technology, or similar technical installations preferred.
- Ability to install and troubleshoot 12-volt systems and related hardware.
- Experience using diagnostic tools such as multimeters.
- Ability to provide and confidently use personal technical tools, including hand tools and portable equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to learn new hardware and software systems through training.
