⭐ All about Operations at Alan
The Operations Community's core responsibility is to deliver our insurance and health services at scale: we build our platform and operational capabilities, and run our processes to guarantee delight and efficiency.
Being an Ops at Alan means joining a team of 50+ talented, committed, and passionate Ops across our countries, with lots of interaction with Engineering, Product, Care and many other teams at Alan.
Operations Coordinators (or "Ops Runners") are at the heart of our run organisation: they operate our processes on a daily basis while continuously improving them. They work in pools of 3-7 runners, each collectively responsible for a specific scope - for example:
Alan Clinic / Therapy: Maintaining smooth relationships with psychologists, matching therapy supply and demand, managing onboarding, invoicing and booking.
Claims: Treating claims, monitoring external service providers, ensuring a best-in-class experience for our members.
Fraud: Investigating suspicious claims, preventing fraudulent payments, and building new prevention methods.
Set up: Ensuring seamless onboarding/offboarding of employees and billing for our customers.

You'll be a great fit for Alan's Ops team if you:
Have 1 to 4 years of experience (internships and apprenticeships count!), from a diverse range of backgrounds: operations, customer support, account management, logistics, coordination...
Are passionate about delivering and optimizing top-notch operations: not scared to get your hands dirty to get into technical processes;
Are a keen problem-solver and challenger with a "dig deep" mindset, driven by member and customer satisfaction;
Have strong analytics skills and are comfortable diving into data;
Are highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills and strong attention to detail;
Are strong in written and verbal communication in both English and French;
Are adaptable: you show flexibility and a strong ability to adjust to variable situations;
Are based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris
Bonus: experience in the insurance or healthcare industry is a plus!
For this opportunity, we are targeting the A2-B1 salary range.
