This team supports the hardware and infrastructure that power our services, ensuring critical systems remain operational in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.About The RoleAs a Data Center Technician, you will help ensure the overall availability and reliability of data center operations. This is a hands-on role focused on hardware and network diagnostics, physical repair, and support of mission-critical infrastructure. You will work onsite at one of our data center locations and may participate in an on-call rotation to support after-hours operational needs.In This Role, You WillMaintain data center operations to ensure service availability and reliabilityConduct hardware and network diagnostics and repairsPerform root cause analysis of hardware and software failuresTrain internal teamsDevelop documentationProvide technical support to data center teamsDevelop scripts to update server and networking hardwareMaintain inventoryAssemble and install equipmentPerform maintenance of test and tool equipmentTravel up to 10% of the time to other data center locations as required by business needsRespond to on-site equipment failures or emergencies within 60 minutes while...
