Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound activity, maintaining a pace of 100+ calls per day.
- Prospect and qualify B2B leads to ensure a seamless handoff to the Account Executive team.
- Effectively navigate gatekeepers and reach decision-makers within target organizations.
- Manage a persistent follow-up cadence via phone and email to maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain clean and accurate records of all activity and lead intelligence within the CRM.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales or appointment setting.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high call volumes (100+ daily dials) consistently.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with a professional and persuasive phone presence.
- Strong "resilience muscle" and the ability to handle objections with poise.
- A dedicated, quiet home office setup with high-speed internet.
