Oracle NetSuite's Advanced Customer Support (ACS) team is seeking a seasoned consultant with expertise supporting Financial Services organizations, including Consumer & Commercial Financial Services firms, specialty finance organizations, lending institutions, payment and financial technology providers, wealth and asset management firms, Investment Banks, Private Equity firms, venture capital organizations, and other financial institutions. Experience helping customers optimize financial operations, compliance, reporting, portfolio management, and operational processes within highly regulated environments is highly valued.

 

This direct hire position can be home office based in most major US and Canadian cities and requires minimal travel, as appropriate.

As part of the ACS team, this role will help Financial Services customers optimize NetSuite across core financial management and accounting processes, including multi-subsidiary and multi-currency operations, financial close, budgeting, tax management, cash application, bank reconciliation, revenue recognition, compliance, regulatory and investor reporting, and financial analytics. Consultants will advise customers on business process optimization across record-to-report, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, project accounting, portfolio operations, and integration strategies while leveraging SuiteAnalytics, reporting, workflows, and automation to improve operational efficiency.

 

Successful consultants are expected to bring deep functional expertise across NetSuite financial capabilities, including financial reporting, saved searches, dashboards, SuiteAnalytics, custom workflows, approvals, security and roles, advanced accounting features, and system configuration. Experience supporting integrations, payment processing, SuiteTalk web services, AI-powered capabilities such as NetSuite Prompt Studio and AI Connector, and emerging automation technologies is highly desirable. The ideal candidate combines strong consulting skills with a deep understanding of Financial Services business processes to help customers modernize operations, strengthen governance, improve visibility into financial performance, and maximize the value of their NetSuite investment.

Required Experience

6+ years of relevant ERP consulting, Financial Services, finance, accounting, operations, or business process consulting experience.
Strong NetSuite ERP functional consulting experience. Experience with other enterprise ERP platforms (Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday Financials, Sage Intacct, etc.) will also be considered.
Experience supporting Financial Services organizations, including Consumer & Commercial Financial Services, specialty finance, lending institutions, payments and fintech organizations, wealth and asset management firms, Investment Banks, Private Equity firms, venture capital organizations, or other financial institutions.
Strong understanding of Financial Services business processes, including financial management, record-to-report, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, budgeting and forecasting, cash management, regulatory reporting, compliance, audit controls, and operational reporting.
Experience configuring and supporting NetSuite financial capabilities such as OneWorld, multi-subsidiary and multi-currency environments, financial reporting, saved searches, dashboards, workflows, approvals, SuiteAnalytics, and advanced accounting functionality.
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable solutions through configuration, customizations, integrations, reporting, workflow automation, or business process improvements.
2+ years of external consulting or customer-facing advisory experience with executive stakeholders.
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and develop strategic roadmaps that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and executive relationship management skills.
Demonstrated passion for customer success, continuous improvement, and delivering measurable business value.
Enthusiasm for adopting AI-enabled business processes and applying emerging AI capabilities to solve customer challenges.
 

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with NetSuite Advanced Financials, Multi-Book Accounting, Advanced Revenue Management, SuiteTax, SuiteBilling, Fixed Assets, Planning & Budgeting (NSPB), EPM, SuiteProjects, SuiteAnalytics, or Analytics Warehouse.
Experience implementing or supporting Financial Services operational processes such as portfolio accounting, investor reporting, fund operations, treasury management, lending operations, payment processing, financial consolidations, or regulatory compliance.
Experience designing or supporting integrations using SuiteTalk (REST/SOAP), Celigo, middleware platforms, payment gateways, or third-party financial applications.
Familiarity with NetSuite AI capabilities such as Text Enhance, Prompt Studio, AI Connector Service, Exception Management, Narrative Reporting, Intelligent Bill Capture, Ask Oracle, or SuiteScript AI APIs.
Experience helping customers adopt AI-enabled workflows through governance, enablement, organizational change management, and business process optimization.
Working knowledge of advanced NetSuite platform capabilities, including custom records, custom transactions, workflows, SuiteApprovals, Copy to Account, advanced reporting, financial report customization, and security architecture.
Background in accounting, finance, banking, capital markets, investments, private equity, treasury, or financial operations.
NetSuite ERP Consultant certification or other relevant Oracle NetSuite certifications preferred.
Experience leading customer engagements, mentoring consultants, or serving as a functional lead on complex ERP implementations or optimization projects.
Proven ability to collaborate across functional consultants, technical consultants, developers, architects, project managers, and executive customer stakeholders.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

CA: Hiring Range in CAD from: $93,900 to $143,900 per annum.
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 to $187,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.


Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
