Role responsibilities

The Senior Director, RWD Operations Lead drives the strategy and execution of Lilly's real-world data ecosystem, ensuring that data pipelines are built and governed effectively. This role also involves overseeing the construction of analytic datasets and establishing governance for data use across functions.

Requirements

Candidates must have a master's degree in a quantitative, data, or health-related field and a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with real-world data. Additionally, experience with healthcare coding systems and strong analytical and leadership skills are preferred.
