As an HR Manufacturing Operations Analyst, you will provide specialized support for Human Resources operations, focusing on Time & Attendance, pre-payroll activities, employee benefits administration, and HR service delivery. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of workforce data, supporting payroll processes, maintaining compliance with company policies and labor regulations, and delivering high-quality support to employees and business leaders.

What will you do?

  • Manage and support Time & Attendance processes, including attendance tracking, timecard reviews, overtime validation, absences, leave administration, and resolution of attendance discrepancies.

  • Execute and coordinate pre-payroll activities, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee data, payroll incidences, and workforce transactions prior to payroll processing.

  • Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and supervisors regarding attendance, vacation, leaves of absence, employee records, and company policies.

  • Administer employee benefit programs, including Savings Fund, Savings Plan, meal vouchers, and other company-sponsored benefits.

  • Process and maintain employee lifecycle transactions, including hires, terminations, transfers, organizational changes, and data updates.

  • Generate, analyze, and distribute reports related to attendance, absenteeism, overtime, headcount, payroll incidences, and HR operational metrics.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, internal controls, and HR operational procedures.

  • Partner with Payroll, Finance, Operations, and HR teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of employee-related processes.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR administration, benefits, attendance, and payroll-related matters.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on process standardization, automation, data quality, and employee experience.

What are we looking for?

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Operations, Time & Attendance, Payroll Administration, Pre-Payroll, or HR Shared Services, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong understanding of attendance management, payroll incidences, employee administration, and labor regulations.

  • Experience working with Time & Attendance and HRIS platforms, such as UKG/Kronos, Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive process improvements.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including reporting, data analysis, and reconciliation activities.

  • Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Experience supporting large employee populations in a fast-paced operational environment is preferred.
