Accountabilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive security leaders, providing strategic guidance on modernizing and optimizing Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) programs.
- Partner with commercial teams to support enterprise sales opportunities by translating complex security operations challenges into scalable technology solutions.
- Lead customer advisory engagements, including operational assessments, best-practice workshops, maturity evaluations, and strategic planning sessions.
- Design and promote frameworks for building high-performing, intelligence-driven GSOCs, including governance models, operational processes, technology strategies, and performance metrics.
- Help organizations improve incident response, intelligence workflows, executive reporting, crisis management, and cross-functional collaboration across global operations.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams by providing expert recommendations on platform enhancements, automation opportunities, workflow optimization, and emerging industry needs.
- Represent the organization at conferences, executive briefings, webinars, and industry events while contributing to thought leadership on corporate security, intelligence operations, AI, and security technology.
- Support long-term customer growth by identifying additional use cases, strengthening executive engagement, and driving measurable business outcomes.
- 12–15+ years of leadership experience in Global Security Operations, corporate security, intelligence operations, enterprise risk management, or related fields.
- Proven experience leading or transforming large-scale, multi-region GSOC operations within complex enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of modern security technologies, including case management platforms, threat intelligence solutions, PSIM, access control systems, video management systems, incident management platforms, GRC tools, and analytics solutions.
- Demonstrated success designing 24/7 operational models, developing SOPs, defining KPIs, and creating executive reporting frameworks.
- Experience advising executive stakeholders, including CSOs, CISOs, and C-suite leaders, with excellent communication, presentation, and strategic consulting skills.
- Deep understanding of cyber-physical security convergence and collaboration across security, IT, legal, HR, compliance, and risk functions.
- Experience within enterprise SaaS, security technology, or product advisory environments is highly desirable; public sector or federal security experience is a plus.
- Builder mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities, systems thinking, change management expertise, executive presence, and a passion for advancing modern security operations.
