Accountabilities:
- Research target industries, companies, and key decision-makers in collaboration with growth teams and dedicated research support.
- Build and execute multi-channel outbound prospecting strategies across email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and creative outreach methods.
- Develop personalized outreach sequences with multiple touchpoints to maximize engagement and conversion.
- Generate high-quality meetings with companies that align with strategic growth objectives, prioritizing quality over volume.
- Attend industry conferences and networking events to build relationships, gather market insights, and identify new opportunities.
- Learn and apply proven messaging frameworks while contributing feedback to improve sales processes and positioning.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, manage pipeline visibility, and track performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share market feedback and support continuous improvement of business development initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales development, client acquisition, or similar roles with a strong focus on cold outreach.
- Proven ability to build a pipeline from scratch, with measurable results such as response rates, meetings generated, and conversion metrics.
- Advanced expertise with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and modern prospecting techniques.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and sales engagement platforms such as Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of multi-channel prospecting strategies and the ability to create personalized outreach campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Strategic, organized, and process-oriented mindset with strong attention to execution.
- Ability to work aligned with EST business hours and travel occasionally for conferences.
- Experience in industries such as insurance, healthcare, senior care, wellness, or beauty is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools such as Apollo, ClickUp, or Tableau is considered an advantage.
