Overview

Publicis Production delivers next-generation creative production, combining craft, data, and technology to produce content at scale for the world’s leading brands.

 

We are seeking a Regional Product Lead (US) to drive product strategy and execution across the US market, ensuring alignment between global product objectives and regional business needs. This role serves as the primary link between global product teams and US stakeholders, translating market requirements into product priorities and outcomes.

 

This role will ensure that global product initiatives are effectively adapted, prioritised, and delivered in line with US client needs, market dynamics, and operational realities. You will work closely with regional leadership, client teams, and cross-functional partners to drive adoption, maximise value, and influence the evolution of our global platform roadmap.

 

This is a high-impact leadership role, combining strategic alignment, stakeholder management, and hands-on product guidance across multiple product areas.

Responsibilities

Regional Product Leadership

  • Act as the primary product lead for the US region
  • Ensure alignment between global product strategy and US market needs
  • Provide regional input into global product roadmap and prioritisation decisions
  • Champion product vision, adoption, and value realisation within the US market

 

Market & Client Alignment

  • Partner closely with US client teams, business leads, and operations to understand regional needs
  • Identify market-specific requirements, gaps, and opportunities
  • Translate regional insights into actionable inputs for global product strategy
  • Support key client conversations as the product authority for the region

 

Product Delivery Oversight

  • Oversee the execution of product initiatives in the US, ensuring alignment with global priorities
  • Guide product managers and cross-functional teams on prioritisation, trade-offs, and delivery approach
  • Ensure effective coordination across engineering, design, QA, and operations teams
  • Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and unblock delivery challenges

 

Stakeholder Management & Influence

  • Serve as the main product point of contact for US leadership
  • Communicate product updates, roadmaps, and outcomes to senior stakeholders and clients
  • Drive alignment across product, technology, creative, and business teams
  • Influence decision-making at both regional and global levels

 

Adoption, Performance & Optimisation

  • Drive product adoption and rollout success across US markets
  • Define and monitor KPIs related to adoption, efficiency, and output quality
  • Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve product relevance and impact
  • Identify opportunities to optimise workflows and increase efficiency

 

Team Enablement & Governance

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to regional product managers (where applicable)
  • Establish best practices for product delivery, discovery, and stakeholder engagement
  • Ensure regional teams operate in alignment with global product governance and standards

 

MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff
  • Oversees the daily workflow of the team
  • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations
  • Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy

 

LOCATION & COMMITMENTS 

  • Full-time role, currently hybrid status
  • In-person/in-office minimum of 4 days per week
  • Travel may be required to deliver on client and production needs

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in product management, with at least 3+ years in a senior or lead capacity
  • Strong experience in marketing technology, creative production, or platform-based products
  • Proven ability to operate in a global matrix organisation and influence without direct authority
  • Experience managing regional or market-specific product adaptation and rollouts
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of client-facing environments
  • Deep understanding of digital content workflows (creation, localisation, distribution)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, particularly with senior leadership
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with distributed teams
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution oversight
  • Strong user empathy, particularly for marketers, creative teams, and operations stakeholders

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS 

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Compensation Range: USD $168,150.00 - USD $269,217.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
