Accountabilities:
- Drive end-to-end sales ownership including lead nurturing, qualification, conversion, and deal closure across B2B analytics and IT services opportunities.
- Develop tailored client solutions and compelling proposals in collaboration with internal analytics and delivery teams.
- Respond to RFPs and RFIs while ensuring alignment with client requirements and business capabilities.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through targeted research, outreach, and networking initiatives.
- Manage stakeholder coordination across sales cycles, including scheduling discussions, aligning internal teams, and ensuring smooth deal progression.
- Represent the organization at conferences, trade shows, and industry events to build brand visibility and generate leads.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts to successfully close deals while maintaining long-term client value.
- Continuously refine sales strategies to improve conversion rates and expand into new markets and territories.
- MBA from a reputed institution (IIM or other top-tier business school preferred).
- 5–7 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development within Analytics, IT Services, or ITES sectors.
- Strong track record as a “hunter” sales professional with demonstrated success in closing high-value deals.
- Excellent consultative selling skills with the ability to understand client needs and craft tailored solutions.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building capabilities across senior stakeholder levels.
- Ability to independently identify new business opportunities and operate in uncharted or emerging markets.
- Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and well-organized with strong ownership mindset.
- Experience managing industry events, conferences, or trade shows is a strong advantage.
- Exposure to data analytics or technical understanding of analytics solutions is preferred.
