Accountabilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of application and data implementation projects, from initiation through to closure, ensuring adherence to project management standards and best practices
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, estimates, and task assignments
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring alignment with scope, budget, quality, and timeline expectations
- Engage stakeholders regularly, providing clear communication through status updates, meetings, and progress reporting
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, changes, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure accurate project scoping and alignment with client expectations
- Coordinate with consulting teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables and access to required project information
- Report project milestones, roadblocks, and performance metrics to sponsors and leadership teams
- Continuously work to improve client satisfaction and strengthen long-term client relationships
- Ensure project deliverables meet or exceed sponsor expectations and business objectives
- PMP certification required
- 7+ years of experience in project management within technology-driven organizations
- Proven experience managing multiple medium to large-scale technical or consulting projects simultaneously
- Experience working in consulting environments is strongly preferred
- Exposure to document management systems or legal sector projects is considered an asset
- Strong ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong stakeholder management capabilities
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities in complex environments
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders
- Highly organized with strong planning and risk management capabilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in fast-paced environments
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in ambiguous situations
