Must have skills : BeyondTrust Privileged Access Management Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: We are seeking a hands-on Senior Engineer (L8) who combines strong technical expertise with team leadership to drive secure and stable operations of BeyondTrust Endpoint Privilege Management and BeyondTrust Privileged Remote Access. This role bridges architecture and execution, owning day-to-day operations, handling escalations, and delivering key activities such as PRA upgrades and Jump Point management. You will lead by example contributing technically while guiding engineers, enforcing best practices, and ensuring high service reliability. Success in this role requires strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and the ability to balance hands-on engineering with effective team coordination and delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: -Technical Execution -Install, configure, and upgrade BeyondTrust components -Manage EPM agent deployments and endpoint upgrades -Implement application control policies and least privilege enforcement -Support onboarding of endpoints, applications, and privileged accounts -PRA Operations & Ownership -Execute and coordinate PRA upgrades following defined standards -Create and manage Jump Points for endpoint connectivity -Own day-to-day PRA and EPM operations, ensuring uptime and SLA adherence -Handle incidents, escalations, and service restoration -Team Leadership -Lead team of engineers (task allocation, guidance, quality checks) -Act as first-level escalation point for technical issues -Ensure adherence to operational processes and security standards -Mentor junior engineers on BeyondTrust tools and best practices -Monitoring, Compliance & Reporting -Monitor logs, alerts, and endpoint activity -Support audit requirements and compliance reporting -Ensure proper documentation of incidents, upgrades, and changes -Collaboration & Integration -Work with IAM teams for AD/LDAP, SSO, and MFA integrations -Support integrations with Splunk and IGA tools like SailPoint IdentityIQ Professional & Technical Skills: -Experience in endpoint security / PAM / EPM -Strong hands-on experience with BeyondTrust Endpoint Privilege Management and PRA -Good understanding of: -Windows/Linux systems -Active Directory, LDAP, GPO -Networking fundamentals -Practical experience in: PRA upgrades and Jump Point creation ,Operational support and troubleshooting ,Microsoft LAPS ,AutoIT scripting ,IAM fundamentals (SSO, MFA) Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in BeyondTrust Privileged Access Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required. 15 years full time education About Accenture Accenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services—creating tangible value at speed and scale.
