QA Engineering Lead

**Summary:** Meta Reality Labs is a world leader in the design of wearables systems. We are seeking highly detail-oriented and proactive individuals with experience building great software products and improving engineering efficiency to join our team as QA Leads. As a QA Lead, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality software and platforms for wearables product lines, working alongside expert software engineers and research scientists to create technology that makes wearables pervasive and universal. **Required Skills:** QA Engineering Lead Responsibilities: 1. Build a test-driven/user-centric engineering environment that drives improvements in quality. 2. Implement process changes to scale testing efforts across multiple products. 3. Plan, develop, and execute test efforts for multiple platforms. 4. Identify, test, track, and report KPI trends over the course of projects. 5. Diagnose issues, report defects, and propose regression/A/B tests to discover reoccurrences. 6. Work with engineers and project leads to triage and prioritize issues for resolution. 7. Own the process of creating metrics to measure and monitor product performance. 8. Partner with Automation and Infrastructure teams to leverage automation for better reliability and scalability. **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 9. Experience debugging applications on platforms, PCs, and mobile components 10. 6+ years of driving Quality Assurance (QA) strategy and/or equivalent experience 11. Experience partnering and/or collaborating across multiple teams 12. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant technical field, and/or equivalent practical experience 13. Understanding of coding in Python, PHP, Java, C/C++ or equivalent language 14. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 15. Experience building, shipping, and maintaining commercial software on top of consumer electronic devices 16. Experience in quality assurance within the virtual reality domain 17. Experience being methodical and consistently delivering high-quality results with a proven focus on attention to detail and maintaining the highest standards of quality 18.
