Job Description The Account Executive - Mid Market Sales is a strategic sales professional focused on driving revenue growth within Intelerad’s strategic channel partner ecosystem. This role will own the day-to-day commercial management, growth, and operational success of channel partners. Serving as the primary point of contact for existing & future channel partners, the Account Executive is responsible for driving partner engagement, pipeline visibility, revenue growth, sales enablement, and cross-functional collaboration across internal and external stakeholders. The Account Executive will work closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Legal, Product, Client Success, and Support teams to ensure channel partners are equipped to successfully sell, implement, and support Intelerad solutions while identifying opportunities to increase partner performance and customer value. Key Responsibilities Partner Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for assigned channel partners, building relationships across their sales, leadership, and technical teams. Lead recurring business reviews, pipeline forecasting, and strategic planning, and support onboarding of new partners. Revenue Growth & Pipeline Management: Own partner-sourced pipeline visibility and forecast accuracy, conducting regular opportunity reviews to accelerate deals. Drive lead sharing between partner and Intelerad sales teams, and identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities to grow existing accounts. Partner Enablement & Go-To-Market: Coordinate product and sales training, competitive positioning, and launch communications for partners. Partner with Marketing on go-to-market collateral and campaigns, and support joint sales and customer-facing engagements. Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate partner and opportunity data in Salesforce, and manage deal registration, pricing approvals, and contract execution with Legal. Drive process improvements that strengthen the partner experience and resolve escalations quickly. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the central liaison between channel partners and internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Client Success, Support, Legal), relaying partner feedback and market insights to inform strategic planning. Qualifications Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field or equivalent experience 1-3 years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, business development, channel sales, or partner-facing roles. Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Experience working within a CRM platform such as Salesforce. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Experience supporting revenue-generating initiatives, sales processes, or customer-facing programs. Experience selling or supporting software solutions preferred. Healthcare IT, SaaS, or medical imaging experience preferred. Channel sales, reseller management, or partner ecosystem experience preferred. Preferred Qualifications & Special Requirements Experience specifically with medical imaging, radiology, or PACS solutions Knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements including HIPAA, HITECH, and FDA regulations Previous experience with cardiology or specialty imaging beyond traditional radiology Advanced degree (MBA, MHA) or relevant healthcare certifications Experience with channel partner relationships and ecosystem selling Travel Requirements: Less than 10% as needed for channel partner on-site visits. Additional Information The base pay for this position ranges from $56,250/yr - $75,000/yr USD within any geographic market in the US plus commission. Pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Intelerad is a total compensation company. Pay is dependent on the position offered. Bonus and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, retirement, PTO, and/or other benefits.
