Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented analyst to support Order-to-Cash process improvement, operational documentation, data quality, and cross-functional coordination. This role will help strengthen process visibility, standardization, and governance across teams involved in customer order lifecycle activities.
The ideal candidate is someone who is curious, organized, eager to learn, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Operations, Systems, and Customer facing teams. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop strong business process knowledge and contribute to operational improvement initiatives in a global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support documentation of current-state and future-state Order-to-Cash processes, workflows, handoffs, and control points.
- Assist with data review, process tracking, and analysis to identify gaps, trends, exceptions, and improvement opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve process consistency, data quality, and operational visibility.
- Help maintain process trackers, dashboards, status updates, and action logs for ongoing transformation initiatives.
- Support user acceptance testing, process validation, and change readiness activities related to systems or workflow improvements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify open items, and track follow-ups through completion.
- Assist in developing standard operating procedures, training materials, and knowledge documentation.
- Help identify opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve handoffs, and support scalable process governance.
Required Skills and Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in business operations, finance operations, sales operations, process improvement, order-to-cash, quote-to-cash, or a related function.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data, reports, trackers, and process documentation.
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple teams and time zones.
- Ability to learn new systems and business processes quickly.
- Comfortable working in a changing environment where processes are still being defined and improved.
- Strong ownership mindset, curiosity, and willingness to ask questions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and basic reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to Salesforce, CPQ, ERP, Oracle, Workday, Jira, or similar business systems.
- Basic understanding of Order-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash, Sales Operations, Finance Operations, or Revenue Operations processes.
- Experience supporting process documentation, transformation initiatives, or operational improvement projects.
