**Meet the Team** Global Invoice to Cash team is responsible for the core operational functions of billing and invoicing, cash collections, dispute management, and cash application. Join us! **Your Impact** Overview: The I2C Collections Analyst will be a critical member of the Invoice to Cash team, responsible for handling an assigned portfolio of accounts within the US and Canada regions. This role focuses on the end-to-end Invoice to Cash (I2C) lifecycle, ensuring accurate billing, timely receivables management, and effective cash application. By fostering strong, relationship-based interactions with both internal stakeholders and external customers, the successful candidate will drive financial health, resolve disputes, and ensure adherence to global financial policies. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Portfolio Management:** + Handle a collections' portfolio of assigned accounts, maintaining delinquency across A/R aging buckets in line with industry benchmarks and guidance from the Collections Manager. + Complete a daily worklist of activities within High Radius. + Ensure timely and accurate billing across various customer portals (e.g., Ariba). + Accurately forecast cash at the beginning of each month and provide weekly progress updates to the Collections Manager. + Perform daily review and release of orders accurately. + **Relationship & Issue Resolution:** + Engage and build strong, professional relationships with customer A/P and procurement departments. + Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Lifecycle Operations, Finance, Credit, and other departments to drive issue resolution and settle disputes optimally. + Recommend and implement solutions for operational improvements within the Invoice to Cash lifecycle. + **Operational Commitment:** + Maintain flexibility to support the business, including checking in on the Saturday of month-end to support the needs of the business. You love understanding the business by establishing relationships and delivering business outcomes through your outstanding expertise and insight. Above all else, you are a dedicated teammate who is ready to help others when needed. **Minimum Qualifications** + University graduate or equivalent experience (Finance, Accounting, and/or Math). + 3+ years’ experience working in the Invoice to Cash space (Collections, Cash Applications, Accounts Receivable). + Fluent in English. + **Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours during critical business periods, specifically month-end and quarter-end close cycles.** **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience with Oracle R12 and High Radius is preferred. + Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to make logical decisions under pressure. + Confident in following defined processes while proactively suggesting improvements. + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills. + Ability to report clearly on performance measurements. + Great teammate who is also capable of working independently on projects. + Ability to balance internal and external client needs with Cisco's collection policies and business requirements. **Why Cisco?** At Cisco, we’re revolutionizing how data and infrastructure connect and protect organizations in the AI era – and beyond.
