In this role, you will:Define and drive product vision and strategy across a full stack of collaborators—from customers to engineers and researchers.Partner closely with engineering to prioritize the roadmap, deliver high-impact features, and solve complex problems with clarity and creativity.Translate customer insights and strategic goals into actionable plans that guide engineering execution and product iteration.Champion product quality and AI excellence, ensuring our services are responsible, reliable, and delightful to use.Keep stakeholders aligned and informed, fostering confidence and clarity across internal teams and leadership.QualificationsRequired/Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software developmentOR equivalent experience.Other Requirements: Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. Preferred/Additional Qualifications:10+ years of experience in product or program management (or equivalent), with a track record of delivering impactful products.Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle—from concept and design through launch and iteration.Experience or deep interest in Speech, LLM/SLM or Machine Learning technologies.Cross-functional collaboration skills, with the...
