Accountabilities:

    • Build, maintain, and execute a 12-month brand roadmap aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and growth priorities.
    • Translate high-level brand strategy into scalable systems, messaging frameworks, creative guidelines, and operational processes.
    • Establish brand operating rhythms, cross-functional planning processes, workshops, and collaboration frameworks to improve alignment across teams.
    • Own and evolve brand voice, positioning, messaging hierarchy, and customer-facing storytelling across all channels.
    • Develop organic channel standards, editorial principles, and social storytelling frameworks that strengthen community engagement.
    • Partner with Growth, Performance Marketing, Creative, Product, Lifecycle, and Customer Experience teams to ensure consistent and conversion-focused messaging.
    • Lead customer insight initiatives through reviews, surveys, interviews, community feedback, and market research to identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Monitor competitive positioning, market trends, and customer sentiment to inform brand decisions and strategic recommendations.
    • Create revenue-driving storytelling frameworks that improve conversion rate, customer retention, average order value, and long-term brand loyalty.
    • Guide product launches, campaigns, paid media narratives, lifecycle messaging, landing pages, and customer education initiatives.
    • Build trust and authority systems through expert partnerships, educational content, credibility frameworks, and customer reassurance strategies.
    • Serve as the connective link between teams, ensuring brand strategy is consistently translated into execution across the organization.
    • Requirements:

      • 7+ years of experience in DTC eCommerce brand management, with a proven ability to build and scale consumer brands.
      • Deep experience operating within consumables, wellness, supplements, beauty, food and beverage, or subscription-based businesses.
      • Demonstrated ability to transform brand strategy into practical systems, workflows, and execution frameworks.
      • Experience building brand functions, processes, or operating systems within fast-growing or early-stage environments.
      • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence Growth, Acquisition, Creative, and Marketing teams without direct authority.
      • Strong understanding of brand economics and performance metrics, including conversion rate, lifetime value, retention, average order value, branded search growth, and customer acquisition performance.
      • Proven ability to connect storytelling and creative strategy with measurable business outcomes.
      • Experience developing messaging frameworks, creative guardrails, trust-building systems, and customer education strategies.
      • Strong customer-centric mindset with experience using qualitative insights and market feedback to guide decisions.
      • Ability to thrive in a high-ownership, ambiguous environment where processes must be created from the ground up.
      • Strong communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders.
      • Experience managing agency partners, leading cross-functional initiatives, or mentoring team members is preferred.
      • Familiarity with DTC marketing tools, analytics platforms, creative workflows, and remote collaboration environments is a plus.
      • Ability to work overlapping US-based hours and maintain a reliable remote work setup.
