About The RoleLocation: Gurugram (Preferred)As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) at Leena AI, you will partner with enterprise customers to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions across HR, IT, and Enterprise Operations. Acting as the primary technical lead, you will own customer implementations from discovery through production, combining software engineering, AI application development, enterprise integrations, and solution consulting to deliver measurable business outcomes.You will work closely with customers, Product, and Engineering teams to configure AI assistants, build integrations, customize LLM-powered experiences, solve complex technical challenges, and ensure successful deployments.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement & Solution DeliveryLead end-to-end enterprise implementations from discovery to production go-live. Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable AI solutions. Conduct solution workshops, technical design sessions, and stakeholder reviews. Prepare solution design documents, implementation plans, and deployment documentation. Drive UAT, production deployments, hypercare, and post-go-live support.
